5. User Responsibilities

Data Use: jLONGSOLUTIONS may collect and process data as necessary for the delivery of Services. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used internally to improve Services.
Data Backup: Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Payment and Fees
Fees will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payments are due within 10 days of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur interest of 10% per month.
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with agreed terms.
Refund eligibility, processing, and exceptions remain as originally detailed.
9. Termination of Services
Termination by User: Clients may terminate Services at any time by written notice to jLONGSOLUTIONS.
Termination by Company: jLONGSOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services without notice for breach of Terms, failure to pay, or illegal use.
Upon termination, all rights to Services will cease, and jLONGSOLUTIONS will not be responsible for any data loss.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, jLONGSOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold jLONGSOLUTIONS, its employees, affiliates, and agents harmless against claims or damages arising out of misuse of Services, violation of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.
Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jersey City, under New Jersey Arbitration Institution rules.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Services implies acceptance.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and jLONGSOLUTIONS.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without consent. jLONGSOLUTIONS may assign in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
